1. Overview
These Terms of Service (“Terms of Service”) are entered into between you and Funnel Gator (“Funnel Gator,” “we,” or “us”). The Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Funnel Gator website at https://funnel-gator.com/ (the “Platform”), including any content, functionality, communication channels, software, and Services offered on or through it. By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you are under 18 or do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. All terms, including the Privacy Notice, apply immediately when posted. Continued use means acceptance.

3. This Agreement authorizes Funnel Gator to modify features, services, or content (including future functionality) anytime. Your use is on an “as‑is” basis unless otherwise stated.

4. Intellectual Property
All Platform content belongs to Funnel Gator. Trademarks, logos, and content may not be used without written permission.

5. Limited License
You receive a personal, revocable license to access the Platform. Unauthorized use (modification, reproduction, resale) is prohibited.

6. User Conduct
You must comply with all laws and not misuse the Platform (e.g., spam, impersonation, overloading). You are responsible for your own actions.

7. Payment and Billing
If you access paid Services, you agree to pay all fees. Fees are non-refundable, communicated ahead of time, and billed to the card on file. You’re responsible for taxes and any telecom or third-party charges. Disputes must be raised in writing within 60 days.

8. Service Resale
If permitted to resell, you must comply with Funnel Gator’s pricing policies, not misrepresent ownership, and handle all client issues independently.

9. Disclaimer
The Platform and Services are provided “as-is” without warranty of any kind. Funnel Gator is not liable for damages resulting from use, disruption, or data loss.

10. Limitation of Liability
Funnel Gator’s liability is limited to fees paid in the past three months. Not liable for indirect damages or third-party promises.

11. Indemnification
You agree to shield Funnel Gator from claims arising from your use of the Platform or Services.

12. Termination
Funnel Gator may suspend or terminate access at any time. You may stop using the Platform with a 30-day notice before your billing date.

13. Governing Law & Arbitration
All disputes are resolved by binding arbitration under the laws of Tennessee, United States, individually (no class actions), with costs covered by the user.
